InkBlot Search Committee: Interest Form OPEN
The committee will be formed for about 6-8 months. While it may seem lengthy, it is crucial for selecting highly effective board members who can contribute to our current initiatives and operations.

Striving for diversity of committee members. Members should be recruited from and reflect our community, including BIPOC, individuals with various disabilities, various Queer/ Gender Identities, and younger or older adults.
Eight (8) Search Committee Members MUST:
- have been on InkBlot for at least 6 months
- be 18 yrs old or older
- be any of the following: staff, volunteers, and/or active users
We think that individuals that meet this criteria understand the pace and the hard work that goes into InkBlot. This is not to subdue or water down the voices of those new to InkBlot, but to uplift the users that understand that InkBlot's mission and endeavors.
Knowing the challenges that the team faces but understand that we do the absolute best we can. These individuals have stick around and has seen our team GROW and struggle. They also exhibited that they are just as passionate about InkBlot's grow as we are.

Jay Brown is the only Executive at this time, thus would be represent this position.
